Cub scout camp 2011
Ever since eric started kindergarten he has been talking about cub scouts...this summer he got the chance to go to a week long day camp at camp horne. He had a blast! He got to swim, hike, canoe, do archery, and shoot bb guns. Below are some pictures of his group doing the flag ceremony at the end of camp. He got his first badge in the mail Friday, sorry I don't have a picture of it to post right now, and sorry these pics were taken with my phone from a distance! Hope you can spot him!!

Beach Trip 2011 Fort Morgan
So, who's ready to go to the beach!! Swimsuit... Check; Floatation device... Check; Towel... Check!
Lets get going!! We were super lucky this year to get to go on a long beach trip this year thanks to my fantastic brother Jason and his wonderful wife, Jenni! (Thanks again for including us this year it was a blast!) And Thankfully, even though Jamie has started a new job he was able to take off 3 days!! That was Super Cool of his new employer!!! So I hope you enjoy the pics, I only posted a few of the hundreds, so as not to bore you to tears!! There will be other posts chronicling some of our activities while there too!! So don't worry you will be able to experience and live vicariously through the pictures!!
Do you think he is excited or what!!
Doesn't he look so grown up here!! My big first grader!!
Jason and Jenni's dog Maggie enjoying the ocean with the boys!! They all had such a blast running and playing together!!
Such sweet brothers playing together! Did I mention they had a blast?? Wish I could install one of these in the backyard... endless hours of fun, and easy to put them to bed!!
No beach trip would be complete without a visit to the Orange Beach Fire Department!! Thanks to our other Uncle Jason for letting us come and visit you at work!! The boys loved it!
John Emory in the Fire Truck managed to spot the Mater on the key chain, to which he proclaimed "John Emory's Keys"
High on the ladder truck!!
JE checking out the new beach vehicle!! I think he's ready to go for a drive!!
Hope you all enjoyed! Got lots more to post!! Just got to find the time!! Thank goodness for mobile blogger;)
